What we collect when you request a quote
We ask for your name, a phone number, an email address, and the details of the trip you have in mind. That usually means the city pair, your travel dates and times, how many passengers are flying, and any preferences about aircraft size or cabin. If you tell us about bags, pets, or a special requirement, we keep that too, because it affects which aircraft and operator can actually serve the trip.
We also receive basic technical information that any website collects, such as the pages you viewed and the browser you used. We do not ask for payment card numbers or government identification through the quote form, and you should not send them that way.
Why we use your information
The short answer is to price and arrange your trip. We use your contact details to reply with aircraft options and estimated pricing, to answer follow-up questions, and to keep you informed as a quote turns into a booking. Trip details go to the operators we ask for quotes so they can confirm availability, crew, and a realistic figure rather than a rough guess.
We may also use your email or phone number to follow up on a quote that has gone quiet, or to share a relevant update about Austin departures. You can tell us to stop at any point and we will.
Who we share it with
We share your trip details with the FAA Part 135 operators who are quoting your specific request. Those operators hold operational control of the flight and need the passenger count, routing, and timing to give you a firm price and to meet their own regulatory obligations. We do not share your information with operators whose aircraft do not fit your trip.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not hand it to advertising networks or data brokers. We use service providers for things like email delivery and website hosting, and they see only what they need to perform that function.
Calls may be recorded
Some calls with our brokers are recorded for training and quality purposes, and to keep an accurate record of what was quoted and agreed. If a call is being recorded, we tell you at the start so you can decide how to proceed. If you would rather not be recorded, say so and we will continue the conversation without it.
Written quotes and email threads are retained in the same way as call records, since they form the paper trail for a trip.
How long we keep records
Quote and trip records are kept for as long as needed to service your request and to satisfy the recordkeeping and tax obligations that apply to charter arrangements. When that period ends, we delete or anonymize the information.
You can ask us to delete your contact details sooner. We will do so unless we are required to retain a specific record, in which case we will tell you what is being held and why.
Your choices and how to reach us
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to stop contacting you. Send a note through the contact details on the site and we will respond. If you are already working with a broker here, mention it in your message so we route the request correctly.
This policy covers austinprivatejets.com and the quote service behind it. Flights themselves are arranged through independent operators, and their own privacy practices apply to the passenger information they hold for a booked trip. If anything here is unclear, ask before you submit a quote request and we will walk through it.
